Monday – MLK Day – No Work

After two weeks of low calorie eating and a one year low in my weight, I was STARVING come lunch.  Here’s what happened:

2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 cups Nespresso

1 cheddar cheese stick

Met husband for lunch at The Roaring Fork:
1 tiny (very tiny) corn bread
1/2 lb burger medium rare
small, side wedge salad
lots of diet soda    oops     I had a headache

1 tiny baggy of sweet trail mix….very sinful, not even pretend healthy

1 cup almond milk
2 tblsp vanilla almond creamer
1/2 caff Nespresso

3 oz steak
2 cups salad with very little dressing
